Passenger Terminal

Vilnius International Airport’s Passenger Terminal is open 24 hours a day and 365 days a year. The Passenger Terminal is divided into the Arrivals and the Departures Areas.

Arrivals Area:

The Arrivals Area is divided into 3 sectors. The biggest flow of passengers uses the main Sector A. Sector A is linked by a corridor system to Sector B on the left side and Sector C on the right side. Sectors B and C are smaller and are less frequently used compared to the main sector.

If you come to the airport to greet arriving passengers, the monitors in Sector A will show the arrival terminal into which the arriving passengers are directed.

In the Arrivals Area you will find:

• Branches of ‘Medicinos bankas’ and bank ‘Snoras’
• ATMs (SEB, Snoras, Swedbank)
• Flower stands and newsstands
• Car rental offices
• Café on Level 1 and restaurant on Level 2
• Cold and hot drinks vending machines
• Baggage storage open 24 hours a day

Departures Area:

After the redesigning in 2007, the Departures Area is now more spacious and provides more comfort for travellers. The infrastructure of the Terminal is adapted to separate the Schengen and non-Schengen passenger flows and ensures the more efficient servicing of the departing passengers in accordance with the security requirements applicable for the Schengen countries.

The Departures Area contains 30 check-in desks where departing passengers check in for their flight.

The large-screen display provides all flight information.

If you are departing from Vilnius Airport, the most convenient way to reach the Departures Area is to use the elevated driveway to the Departures Area. Double-decker buses can also use the driveway. You can park your car in one of 6 fee-based parking lots.

In the Departures Area you will find:

• Lithuanian souvenirs
• ‘Lietuvos spauda’ newsstand
• Medical first-aid room open 24 hours a day;
• Passenger information desk open 4.00 am – 2.00 am;
• Café ‘Olimpiečių ložė’
• Airline ticket offices
• Travel agency ‘West Express’
• VIP Lounge

In the security restricted areas (accessible only for passengers holding their boarding passes) you will find:

• Duty free shops
• Business Lounge
