Airport Charges and Payment Procedure
The following charges for the use of the airport are effective as of 1 January 2011:
1. Passenger service charge:
1.1. on international routes – LTL 22;
1.2. on domestic routes – LTL 4;
1.3. for transfer passengers – LTL 4.
2. Aircraft landing charge per each tonne of an aircraft where the maximum take-off
mass (MTOM) equals to 2 tonnes or more:
2.1.on international routes – LTL 25;
2.2.on domestic routes – LTL 7.
3. Aircraft landing charge where the maximum take-off mass (MTOM) is less than 2 tonnes:
3.1. on international routes – LTL 40;
3.2. on domestic routes – LTL 20.
4. Aircraft parking charge shall account for 10 percent of the actual aircraft landing charge. Where an aircraft is parked at the airport for less than 3 hours, no parking charges shall be collected. Where the aircraft parking at the airport exceeds 3 hours, parking charges for 24 hours shall be collected.
5. Follow-me charge – LTL 60.
The air carriers operating regular flights, which assume long-term obligations (no less than 5 (five) years) to carry at least 250,000 (two hundred fifty thousand) passengers every year on the grounds of a separate agreement with State Enterprise Vilnius International Airport, may be subject to a single passenger service charge applicable within the period of obligations and equal to the rate specified below, which shall cover all the charges specified above and shall be calculated on the basis of the number of departing passengers carried by the air carrier within the period of obligations (hereinafter referred to as the passenger service charge).

Where the air carriers operating regular flights have not signed any agreement on the provision of aviation services with the State Enterprise Vilnius International Airport, which would provide for the terms and conditions of payment for the use of the airport, air carriers shall pay the afore-listed charges for aviation services provided by the airport in a month until the final calendar day of the following month against the VAT invoice issued by the airport.
In case the air carrier is late in making a payment of the afore-listed charges for more than 5 business days from the established term, the airport shall be entitled to request the air carrier to pay for the use of the airport in advance and not to provide aviation services to the air carrier until the payment is executed.
