The medical first-aid room is located on Level 2 of the Departure Terminal.

Medical assistance is provided 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
The following medical services are provided:
- First aid for passengers;
- Ill passengers are provided with information on possible disease-related complications during flight;
- Provision of information about dangerous and especially dangerous contagious diseases in the world.
